Newark"s "36 Cent Fund" Pays Visit
Special thanks to contributors to Newark's "36 Cent Fund" for their visit to the Advanced Studio Class on May 2nd, 2007.
Newark's "36 Cent Fund" was founded by a group of Newark gentlemen to raise money the 1997 Newarks of the World events in our village. It continues to fund worthy local projects. Members viewed the mural and complimented the artists on their efforts thus far.

Newark Board of Education Visits Mural
Special thanks to the Newark Community High School Board of Education for visiting the mural in progress during the meeting April 19th, 2007! Advanced Studio Artists were available to answer questions and describe various images within the design. Board members complimented the artists on their painting and commended them for their dedication to the project.
